The Grades of Green RISE Climate Solutions Campaign

This project is being conducted in a joint effort between Innovation International Foundation an Grades of Green and the main objective is to reduce the negative effects of greenhouse gas emissions on climate change. The Sustainable Food Production was an initial solution proposed but with a cooperative work from schools around the world, we were able to introduce a large number of solution that you will see listed on this page. The international cooperative work was done by organizations in the United States, Brazil, Ghana, Liberia, Saudi Arabia and Philippines, which resulted in a large number of solutions for climate change. The main objective is to raise awareness of the dangers we face if nothing is done to reduce the negative effects we see today on climate change.

What initially started as one solution, the Sustainable Food Production, to mitigate the negative effects of climate change, really transformed in a collection of solution due to the collaborative work with the students recipients of the initial class. Among the solutions considered are:

This is the continuation of the program with this school for the tuents to assimilate their learnings better.

Due to proximity of the Taal Volcano, it is important to be prepared.

Sessions on 10/19/24 from 10:00AM EST to 2:00PM EST at the Tallahassee Science Festival in Tallahassee, FL, USA. This event was promote by the Tallahassee State College and it was the first event of this campaign that was done on a hands-on mode and a direct fact-to-face contact.

Participants: This is a large festival in the State o Florida and brings quite a number of participants. We estimate that about 80 participants had contact directly with our booth.

Sessions on 11/03/24 from 10:00AM EST to 4:00PM EST at the Persimmon Festival in Jacksonville, FL, USA. This event took place at Eat Your Yard JAX and it was the second event of this campaign that was done on a hands-on mode and a direct fact-to-face contact.

On 03/27/2025 we helped fund the EEEM Irma Maria Horta in Vitoria City, Brazil, to deliver the Visual Art Workshop and Exhibition by Luis Gustavo Gomes.

Participants: 20 students and 1 teacher

On 04/01/25 we delivered the Sustainable Food Production project we worked with four students of the Tagaytay City Special Education Center. This project was submitted to the BIEA STEM Competition.

On 04/02/25 we initiated a new partnership or knowledge sharing and collaboration. This time it was with the Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Parana, Brazil. We focused on the Sustainable Food Production and Artificial Intelligence Tools on this forst meeting.

Nicole Haragutchi was at school at the time of the event so the meeting was conducted by Ricardo Haragutchi.

The cooperation with the University will continue with several deliverables in plan.

On 04/12/25 we delivered our hand-on solution booth at the Jacksonville Science Festival at the grounds of the Museum of Science and History in Jacksonville, FL.

The booth was delivered by Nicole Haragutchi and we estimate that we had about 80 visitors to our booth.
