The first Sustainable Food Production Class was a success. It was provided to the students with special needs from the Tagaytay City Special Education Center in the Philippines.
We had some technical difficulties initially but, at the end, everything worked well and the students had a great experience as seen on the video below.
The students and school staff had a gathering afterwards for a snack time as seen on the photos.
The plan defined at the meeting was to replicate the hydroponics experiment next at that school. We already had the aquaponics and the fungi replicated there.
